All our products are made to order, which means we start producing your item after you've placed your order. This allows us to reduce waste and focus on sustainable production.

Shipping Information
We offer fast and secure shipping within Sweden.
- Free shipping on orders over 299 SEK.
- For orders under 299 SEK, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
- All orders are shipped with tracking and delivered to your nearest service point.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind or need to exchange an item, please read the following:
- You have 14 days to return your order from the date you received it.
- To initiate a return, contact us at info@kopagolf.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- A return shipping fee of 70 SEK will be deducted from your refund.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
- Refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days after we receive and approve your return.
Claims & Damaged Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at info@kopagolf.com with photos and details. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
