Returns, Cancellations & Right of Withdrawal

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, cancel an order, or exercise your right of withdrawal, please use your customer account:

Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, unless an exception under applicable consumer protection laws applies.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, log in to your customer account and submit a return or cancellation request. You will receive confirmation of your request electronically.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused and in their original condition.
All original packaging and tags must be included.
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

A return shipping fee of 70 SEK will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and approved.

Made-to-Order Products

All products are made to order after an order has been placed.

Please note that certain personalized or custom-made products may not be eligible for return or withdrawal rights in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at info@kopagolf.com and include photos of the issue. We will resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Orders under 299 SEK are charged according to the shipping rate shown at checkout.
All orders include tracking information.
